The organisation provides cross-sector strategic and tactical solutions to wicked place making, policy and engagement issues. Adaptive Creativity has broad experience in delivering successful outcomes for projects of any size, scale or stakeholder base from large scale precinct developments to remote community programs. The approach to issues is to apply appropriate research methodologies and stakeholder engagement techniques to clearly define issues, identify shared vision and co-design solutions. The approach to solutions is practical and focused specialising in methods that harness the creativity of stakeholders to enable adaptive solutions to complex issues. The Director Shelly Rowell is woman of Gamilaroi descent who respects country and protocol wherever she works and with whomever she works with.
